I stay at this particular courtyard frequently. It's very convenient to get to one of my customers offices and then they're a couple times a month. On this particular trip I was greeted by Victor at the front desk. Super engaging and welcoming. He's a really good ambassador for the Marriott brand. I deducted one star on the service due to the weird encounter with bistro staff as they closed up and I asked for a glass. It was very awkward and was an opportunity for them to make a great impression which they failed to do. Victor was very apologetic as he saw the whole encounter. He more than made up for it. I'll continue to stay here for sure.

Quiet inauspicious location. Only a handful of guests the night I stayed. Front desk worker was friendly and inviting. Offered free water bottles. Standard room but a little outdated. Only complaint is that they put me next to an occupied room even though there were only a handful of guests. So had to deal with noise from adjoining room.

I have been staying at this property regularly for the past several years due to convenience, but I would skip this in a heartbeat. The rooms have been run-down state for many years now. Most of the electrical sockets are so loose as to be useless. Some of the exterior doors won't recognize mobile keys. Showers valves are sticky and leaky. All these issues have been reported to the staff and to Marriott for at least two years now. The staff is excellent and has always been, but there are many other hotels of the same range that have much better upkeep.

I had a great stay here. It’s an old school Courtyard, rooms with balconies overlooking the courtyard and pool. While the room decor was a bit dated, everything was immaculately lean and in good condition. I’d definitely stay again. Close to many restaurants and offices.

Checking and front desk - absolutely nice Cleaning service-ok. Loved the cookies they had in the afternoon and the water with lemon. Fitness/gym ,- clean, machines work and good equipped.

I will start out by saying this, this Marriott is by far the worst one I have ever stayed in. I was in town for a Dr appt and this was convenient. Check in online was easy. The lady at the front desk was polite and welcoming. But thats where it ends. She gave me the wrong room number to begin with so after trying to enter the room with no success, I went back to the front counter to get my room key “fixed”..:.. she coded the key with the incorrect room info. I went back up to floor #2 and entered the room only to find SOMEONE ELSE’s belongings in the room.She had wrote the wrong info on the key card. We hurriedly left the room only to be met by the lady from the front desk explaining that had given me the wrong room info. She actually gave me access to another persons room….. That’s how people get shot in Texas…… The bathroom was gross. All kinds of hair… long and short if you know what I mean. Never again SMFH

Absolutely one of the best hotels I've stayed in, rooms were spacious, very clean and the price was excellent for the quality and service of staff and room.

Falls in line with all the Courtyards ive been in. Clean rooms, nice staff, bristro with good food and drink choices. Nothing amazing but very nice safe place to stay.
